A Vintage Chinese Amorial Soap Plate In Green Accent

For your consideration is a vintage Chinese armorial porcelain soap plate,  it was nicely made and overall in good condition.
The plate is decorated with crown, flying dragons and monkeys in green accent, it is about 7" long, 4" wide and 1" tall. It bears a maker mark.
