    Description

    This is a great, antique kitchen accessory from Gilchrist. Research shows that this model (No. 30) was manufactured in the early 1900s, and could be nickel-plated brass. The scoop is very heavy, and measures almost 11" in total length. This would have been great for an ice cream parlor based on the size. The wiper-style actuator functions correctly when the handle is compressed. Normal surface wear can be seen on the handle. No rusting noted - please make sure to view all photos for additional details.
