Antique Meriden B. Company Silver Plated Tilting Pitcher on Stand

Up for your consideration is this stunning impressive Antique Meriden Britannia Company Silver Plated Tilting Pitcher on a Stand. It stands 17 1/2 inches tall. The stand is 17 1/2 inches tall and the base is 8 1/2 inches in diameter. The pitcher stands 13 inches tall and 6 3/4 inches in diameter and is 11 inches wide with spout and handle. On the bottom of the pitcher it is stamped Meriden B Company, Pat June 13 1868 - Nov 3 1868 and the number 17. The pitcher is lined with porcelain, and the whole unit is quite heavy, around 8 pounds. It does look like it could use polishing but I didn't want to mess up the patina. I know a lot of Antique collectors prefer to have it original and untouched. All I did was dust it off. It is quite impressive. There are no dents or dings or scratches, it is in really great shape for its age.
