    Description

An exceptional antique Chinese hand crafted large and wide archer's ring with skillful hand painting including a lively fish (symbolizing prosperity and abundance) in pond on one side and a Tang dynasty famous poem by a significant poet on the other. Absolutely beautiful calligraphy! Quite sophisticated on both carving and painting. Museum quality! A truly collector's heirloom piece!
    逢雪宿芙蓉山主人》
    By 刘长卿 (Liu ChangQing)(709-789)
    日暮苍山远,天寒白屋贫。
    柴门闻犬吠,风雪夜归人。
The poem depicts the scenery of a traveler comes upon a hut at dusk in the mountains through which the audience could sense the emotions of the writer.
Size: large, around 13. Hard to measure exactly on the ring mandrel due to its width. Almost 1.2" wide and approx. 4.5mm thick. Shipping includes tracking and insurance, combine shipping is always welcome!
