    Offered here is an antique early 1900s Benedict Indestructo #3 Ice Cream Scoop. This scoop is a size 16 (16 scoops per quart) It is a heavy duty scoop with a large thumb lever and unique leaf spring. It is in working order and the blades turn freely. The scoop has a hardwood handle and measures 10" in length.
