Hong Kong shipment will be shipped via SF Express by collect service or pick-up at our Hong Kong office.
RETURN POLICY
We are sorry that if you received the wrong product or the product you received was not matched with our descriptions and photos, please contact us immediately. We will get back to you asap!

for arranging shipment return and cost.
The steps of return and refund process:
1. Informing Eco Ring HK
Please send email to us with your return reason, receipt number and attach product photos.
2. Confirmation email from Eco Ring HK
You will receive an acknowledgment email with RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and return address from us on confirming return authorization within 3 business days.
3. Shipping back items to Eco Ring HK
The return item must be returned with all original tags, packaging and other accessories(dust bags, straps, box etc.)
Please mark the words"Return item" & your "RMA number" on the return parcel and provide your tracking number after ship out.
4.Item receipt and refund process
The refund process will take 10-14 business days. We will notify you by email when a refund has successfully posted to your PayPal account.
