The bowl edge looks a little out of round in places, the spring loaded rotating curved bar spins when the lever is pressed and with some initial hesitation does spin/snap back around when the lever is released, I don't know if it is the shape of the bowl or the oxidation inside the bowl and maybe underneath the curved moving plate (or maybe some of both).  Measures 10.75" in length overall.  Shows a lot of finish wear from use.  The wood handle is not cracked and is not loose (no play).  No cracks in the cast aluminum body that I see.
