I know nothing about this piece and not even sure what it is.  Because of the way the spout is made to catch drippings, I'm thinking it is a syrup pitcher but can't be sure of it.  It's old  and what you see is what you get with this piece.  I don't know what kind of metal it is or the exact age.  Just giving you what is on the bottom and letting you be the judge on this one.
