    An old ice cream scoop with wooden handle and marked "CLIPPER F.S.CO. TRO - - 4 PATD, MAR, 23, 1915". Is Tr - - Troy, N.Y.? It is 10-7/8 inches long and works well. There's a split in the wood handle and minor dents in the scoop.
