Vintage BLUE SATIN GLASS SAMOVAR ~ CAMBRIGE Glass Co.  ~ ART DECO PERIOD 1920'S
Description: This is a Blue Satin Glass Samovar, which was made by Cambridge Glass Co.
during the beginning of the Art Deco period mid 20s (likely 1924-1927)
The Dispenser Samovar has a few chips along the top rim where the lid sits
There is roughness under the lid that does not show when the lid is in place, which may be attributable to the manufacturing process where the glass was blown into a mold and the top was cut off or could have sustained a few flea bites (minor).
The o-ring around the spout is worn and old so it would leak if filled,
The side handles are missing  ~
The hand painted flowers are faded
There is some minor loss to the hand painted flowers.
silver plated lid and base have some tarnish - see photos
The silver plate base has the monogram letters "CKB" etched on it.
The frame was made of silver-plate. The silver-plate is worn in some areas (minor) and the silver-plate frame shows tarnish.
The glass will be packed well &  apart from the lid and the base to arrive in perfect condition for you
