1st Mechanical Ice Cream Scoop.
Designed 1876 tinsmith in Philadelphia.
Heart shaped key on top of scoop turns to release ice cream.
It is in excellent original condition.
Turn key & blades in working order.
Scoop is an antique so usual tarnish.
