Vintage Doll Dress Pattern 1930s Movie Doll McCalls Magazine 13" Shirley Temple

Vintage doll dress pattern for "movie" dolls from 1936, I think this is probably for Shirley Temple dolls, says 13".  Pattern is not included for hat, but directions say that from sketch you could fashion.  Appears this pattern is from a 1936 McCalls pattern, I believe it was in a magazine, you are buying envelope with pattern enclosed.   Please see pictures for condition.  I have a very large amount of doll clothing patterns to list this will take me a while so please check back often if you are interested in doll clothing patterns as I may have it up later.  I'm just pulling envelopes out of the box at random and listing whatever I come up with.
