This is a vintage  genuine carved shell cameo brooch made between 1950's-1970's.
The cameo measures 23mmx17mm and is placed on a gold plated filigree setting.  It has some mobility probably to not damage the cameo when was attached to the setting. The total measurement of the brooch is
35mmx28mm.
The piece is in excellent vintage condition.The photos are part of the description. Check all of them.
To avoid any damage of this piece, the deep clean of the cameo is responsibility of the buyer.
