Vintage Gilchrist's #30 scoop 11" long, scoop 3" diameter in very good condition

Description

This is a Vintage Gilchrist's Scoop mostly used in restaurants for scooping foods like mashed potatoes, potato salads and other salads. You could have seen this being used in the old cafeterias restaurants and you still see it used in restaurants today. It's 11" long with a scoop 3" diameter. It has a handle with a squeeze handle for separating the product from the scoop. It has the name and number stamped on the side of the unit that makes it original. It weighs 12.8 oz. prior to shipping materials.
