    Description

    Vintage Gilcrest's No. 31 Wood Handled Ice Cream Scoop, Size 10
    * Made in Newark, NJ from approximately 1915-1931 (info taken from Scoopcollector.com)
    * Gilcrest's motto was "

    * The scoop is 11" long, the round bowl is 2" in diameter at the top
    * The scoop size,

    , is incised on the bowl scraper (visible in photo)
    * Much of the nickel plating has worn off over time from use exposing the brass
    * Other than that the scoop is in very good working condition
