Vintage Glass Wine/ Water Carafe w/ Silver Plate Lid & Ice Insert, No Markings

Vintage glass wine/ water carafe with silver plate twist on spout and lid, includes plastic ice chiller tube, found no markings indicating maker. This carafe measures about 14" x 7" x 5 3/8", weighs about 6-7 pounds. Found no chips in the glass, there is tarnish on the lid, a bit of corrosion on the lid screw, scratches on the plastic insert, on the insert there is a round spot that appears cracked, tried to show in pictures.
