Vintage Ice Cream Scoop with a Red Plastic Handle.
This scoop is very light weight and easy to use.
The backside of the lever is marked with the number 16 and the word JAPAN
There is some signs of rust on the screw and pin of the lever but it does not affect the scoop from functioning.  The lever is easy moving and works as intended.
Measures:  7 5/8" long from tip of handle to the edge of the scoop.  The scoop part measures 2 1/4" across & 1 1/4" deep
