Vintage Tarnished Oneida Silver Plate Water Pitcher Vase w/ Ice Guard

Description

Very nice silver plate ice water pitcher.  Weight standalone about 2.5 lbs. Vessel roughly 8  inches tall and a bit over 5 inches at widest girth of container (not counting handle).
There are two light horizontal scratches about one third of the way below the pour spout likely from use in restaurant or formal dinner settings.  Tried to take a photo but they are very hard to see in image.
Expect this might clean up nice as the unit has not been polished in many years.
That or use with patina as is for flowers or decorative purposes.
