What do you Sell?
We sell clothing, shoes, handbags, and accessories for women, men, and children of all shapes and sizes. We also sell small furniture, various household items, and decorations. We do not sell fairly large items, lingerie or undergarments, unless they are brand new, unworn and have their original tags (for hygienic reasons), items that contain offensive, or inappropriate words, and uniforms (scrubs, military, etc.)
Can I Make an Offer to Try and Get a Lower Price?
Yes! You may make an offer on an item, just as long as the offer amount is 80% or more of the original amount. Under reasonable circumstances, we will take your offer into consideration. We understand that you may be on a budget, but still want to look fashionable!
What Condition is the Clothing/Item you Sell in?
We strive to only sell items that have little-to-no flaws, and that are in excellent shape, or brand new. We fully inspect each item, before putting it up for sale and shipping it out, and list any flaws they may have in the description box, with photos to show you what and where they are.
Do you Accept Returns?
Absolutely! Our #1 priority is to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. You may ship the item back to us in the original packaging that it came in, so you can be stress-free and don’t have to supply your own. We will not accept returns on lingerie, undergarments, or swimwear (for hygienic reasons), and on items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way. If the item that is being returned was brand new with its original tags, it may not be returned if the tags have been removed. We want to make sure that when an item is returned, it is in its original shape, so that it may find a new home.
When Will my Item Ship out?
We will Ship out your new item as soon as the payment is received. We may require 1-2 business days to prepare the shipment, but we always try to do it as soon as possible!
Where is my Clothing/Item Coming From?
We buy all of our clothing/items from trusted and clean sources. Before the item is shipped to you, it is stored in a clean, smoke-free building. We do not buy and/or sell dirty or stained clothing/items, or items containing a foul odor. As a courtesy, we fully clean the clothing/items, as well as steam all of the clothing, so that they will arrive to you clean/wrinkle-free! We are located in the Midwest of The U.S., and ship to almost anywhere in the world. Local pick-up is an option, if you want to skip the shipping wait.
