Marked on the top side of lever:  Vollrath®, Sheboygan WI, USA, P/N 47143, 2 oz and the number 16 in a circle.
Marked on the back side of the lever:  numbers 18-8 and says STAINLESS.  Also has the NSF® Logo (
NSF was founded in 1944 as the

to help standardize sanitation and food safety at a time when the United States had no national sanitation standards.)
Marked on the end of the handle:  Letters J P on gray colored plastic
Measures:  8 7/8" long from tip of handle to the edge of the scoop.  The scoop part measures 2 1/8" across & 1 1/4" deep
