Description
This is a PHOTOCOPY of a Vintage 1950s pattern to make doll clothes for your Betsy Wetsy. In addition, this pattern also fits should fit any other Baby or Toddler Doll such as Dy Dee, Tootles, Tiny Tears, Kathy, Kissy, etc. I have this pattern available in a variety of sizes, so please be sure that you are buying the right one. This auction is for the 16" tall doll. So, this pattern will fit dolls with measurements that are similar to a 10-1/4" waist.This pattern makes: Pajamas with lace trim- the Top has gathers at the neck edge and long raglan sleeves with elastic at the waistline and leg edges - Pants have elastic at the waistline and leg edges; Overalls; Hat; Dress & Pants; Coat & Bonnet; Dress with puff sleeves and a full, gathered skirt with either rick-rack or lace trim, ribbon sash and matching Bonnet; Slip with gathered skirt and ruffle; Panties. The Betsy Wetsy Doll was made by the Ideal Toy Company starting in the 1930s through the early 1960s. Betsy Wetsy was one of the best selling Baby Dolls. Due to her popularity, patterns were made so that mothers and their daughters could make additional outfits for these darling dolls. The Betsy Wetsy Doll came in lots of variations and sizes 11"/11.5", 13"/13.5", 15", 16" 17", 19" and 20" and I have many, many patterns for her in every size.
