Description
WILLIAM ROGERS SILVERPLATE PITCHER - MADE BETWEEN 1825 - 1841This very nice pitcher was made by the William Rogers Silver Company.
The hallmarks on the bottom, with an eagle and a star, indicate that it was made between 1825 - 1841.
The silverplate in 98% intact. There are a couple places of wear on the handle.
The handle and spout are a very nice early design.
I have to point out that there is a dent in the pitcher near the base. Look at all of the pictures. They are part of the description. Consider the age of the pitcher.
The pitcher is approx. 7 inches tall.
This pitcher would look great in anyone's collection or could be used as a serving piece.
We have had this pitcher for years. We have moved to a smaller house and are having to downsize.
